Service Description

Online: Sundays @ 4pm PST / 7pm EST: June 23, June 30, July 7 & July 21 The path to building a strong application is by being more aware of current events, having a more socially conscious perspective on the world, & by being surrounded by kids who push & challenge intellectually. Students meet weekly to practice intellectual curiosity and build their analytical skills as they examine images, learn important vocabulary, and compare and contrast different perspectives on important headlines. Students engage in a lively discussion as we investigate a new topic! After reading an article & engaging in discussion, students get deep into competition as they sharpen their skills with Jeopardy and Kahoot! Not only will students get to deepen their awareness of social issues around the world, they’re also going to meet & network with other competitive children that push them to be at their best. Students create friendships & study groups with these peers. The biggest prize of all is that they’re going to stand out in comparison to their other peers when they apply for competitive high schools! How to Share This With Your Child: “I just found this really cool workshop! You get to meet kids your age, play games, have fun & increase your chances of getting into your dream school!”
